I wanted to thank you for posting the links to Bible.org's site. Joshua 7 spoke to me & cut me to the core today & that link opened my eyes to a mystery I have been trying to solve.

I had to repent of something I had no idea that I, too, had carried away with me from a victory that I shouldn't have & then boasted about 'it' instead of the victory that God gave me. I have been caught up in the happiness of what I possessed instead of the reason I got it. I had made it my idol & didn't realize it. So therefore I have placed it far away from me.

I wondered what was wrong in my life in the past months because something just hasn't been well with my spirit & have prayed for insight to show me. Thank you for being a vessel for which it was brought before me!
Keep up the good work here.
Julie R

I too am a music junkie. Except for opera, I used tolisten to everything. My youth pastor used to say there were three kinds of music, good, bad, and the best, and the good was the enemy of the best. I didn't get it until I was much older and I heard my own small child sing some horrible music lyrics innocently while playing. Now, there are a lot of really good christian radio stations available to listen to. About 4 years ago I decided I was not going to listen to secular music any more. I committed myself to listening only to the best and I have been so blessed. I had not realized how many ugly messages and lies I had floating around in my head until the truth replaced them. Now when I hear worldly music lyrics, like in an office, I cringe at the message the lyrics are feeding people's souls. Praise God for christian musicians and radio stations, Praise God for the true Rock that sings in my heart.
