Hi guys!

I love the way that the scriptures throughout old and new testament coorelate so well. Just like in Leviticus and Mark it talks about holiness. Our level of holiness through God with the responsiveness and willingness of our self to "get" out of the way and allow Gods Way to carry out the diving purpose we have in our lives. And then in Mark the last verse about following Jesus and when he returns he and his holy angels of God will come for those who seek Him, that is awesome! Holy, Holy, Holy!! Love that old bible hymnal.. Also, I loved Mark 8 verse 17 and 18: "Jesus knew what they were saying, so he said, "Why are you arguing about having no bread? Don't you know or understand even yet? Are your hearts too hard to take it in? 'You have eyes-can't you see? You have ears-can't you hear? Don't you remember anything at all?"
--Doesn't that sound typical of us, as humans..here the disciples had Jesus, the Living Son of God right there in their midst and they didn't register in their head the miracles that just always "showed up" in their lives..God says that His Ways are not our ways, His Thoughts not our thoughts..we can't even imagine or fathom the possibilities that God and the windows of Heaven will open up if we just believe! Put our hope and trust in Him, the author and finisher of our faith. Wow!! God is Good!! God bless..

Holiness is not about what or what we do...It is all about Him...
When you love and meditate on Him His, Holiness comes so sweetly and we stand in His Holiness...
One of our favorite book is written by Bob Sorge
"Power of the Blood" You will be overwhelm with His Presence and will better understand no only the power in His blood, but His Holiness!

I know that sometimes we get frustrated because we are looking for purpose and meaning so that we will have some type of identity. But God knows who you are, and when we accept him and his salvation then we find our identity in him. As we do our jobs and as we exist in this life, we live to bring glory and honor to his name. Jesus wants us to make a difference in other people's lives. As we walk close to the Lord, performing our jobs without complaining and demonstrating love to all, this will cause others to ask what is it that makes us so happy and different from the rest. This then becomes our opportunity to witness for our savior. In James we find these words, " Dont's just be a hearer of the word, but be a doer'"

Duane, so well said. As my pastor said just last weekend, the worlds says you have to earn your worth, the lord says I am your worth. The Lord is the king and I am so happy to know that my worth is because of the king.

Psalm 42: What do you do when your mind is there but your heart isn't? There is a gap between your head and your heart. Here David is literaly in a fight with himself. How do you "wait on the Lord"? They who wait, he will renew their strength. Honestly, how would you do this? Vs 7 - you position yourself under the waterfall of Grace and wait. Walk in obedience, ask God to break your heart and to restore the joy of Salvation. Make God your treasure.
