Ecclesiastes 1-3:22

Some brief thoughts on Solomon’s Words:

.1) Balance is the Key to Life

2) We live in a closed system everything is recycled

3) There is a difference from living under the sun and living under the Son.

4) Solomon was a wise man because God gave him wisdom, but even that wisdom was foolishness compared to the Wisdom of God.

Grace and peace,
Ramona

The Ecclesiastes scripture reading made me think about the “burden” of Wisdom. 1 Kings 4:29-31 says God gave Solomon this incredible gift. Because, Solomon asked to be wise to lead God’s people.
However, Solomon said in Ecclesiastes 1:18 For with much wisdom comes much sorrow, and as knowledge grows, grief increases.
Wisdom is a level of maturity and responsibility that should not be taken lightly.
Where much is given, much is required. Luke 12:48

2 Corinthians 6:2 I tell you, now is the time of God’s favor, now is the day of salvation

Ps. 46 In it’s entirety... is encouragement for the soul!
Shalom to all :)
